I always saw a fish on my palm and today read this article:

Can you tell me if the location is also significant. For instant, on both my palms, the fish is found just above the fleshy bit of the mount by the thumb joint..
probably on the cusp of the Mount of Venus and the Mount of Inner Mars. Though more likely ...
