Lines on the Mount of Moon

Hi everyone, my question concerns the minor lines we find on the Mount of Moon. In general I understand, that the vertical AND horizontal lines can be interpreted as travel lines (or signs of restlessnes). One member in this forum wrote that horizontal lines on the mount are disturbing and weakening the positive features of the mount (of moon). In my opinion this contradicts the idea of the traveling lines. I understand that the weakening or disturbing effect can be true for the mounts ...
